"Excellent 9 day stay. Room was kept clean and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Very close to everything. Will definitely stay here again. "

"On arrival sent to a damp room. Uninhabitable and given another three floors up .Still damp requiring a dehumidifier. This filled up after six hours resulting in both occupants getting bronchitis in the morning. After further complaint we were given a suite for the remainder of the stay .Many staff were interns and had NO idea and the lack of training was evident for many were as headless chickens falling over one another with no seeming purpose or professionalism . "
