「I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. 」

「The king suite I booked was double booked and I was sent next door to Day's Inn, given a small king room that was visibly dirty with the hardest bed ive ever sat on. Also my drivers license was not returned(part my fault for not paying attention) though the person who waited on me was friendly at both places. I suppose this is more about Day's Inn than Super Stay but the fact that the room i booked for a getaway night was sold to someone else reflects badly on Super Stay. Left without spending...
