We left the property for dinner elsewhere but returned for some great after dinner live music in the lounge. Love that the pool has adults only for the last hour of the day. Was a little disappointed in the service at the bar when we were asked if we wanted change after providing a $50.00 bill on a $36.00 cheque. Shocked that this is considered appropriate. 「The hotel is clean…we were warned about renovations closing the restaurant which was fine…but they didn’t mention that nail guns would be starting at 7 am :( We also were disappointed that housekeeping skipped our room…4 day stay, leaving by 9 in morning and each night we returned to dirty towels…Also pool was too cold…no hot tub…」

「What a view! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. While room was a bit outdated it was clean and comfortable. Did I mention the view? Bay windows overlooking the harbour. The restaurant was good and there are lots of other options around for variety.」

「The breakfast choices included a delicious variety of fresh fruit bowls, yogurt (homemade?), fantastic homemade banana bread, juices, caraffe of coffee or teapot, cooked to order eggs, bacon and toast. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. The room was clean, charming and bed /mattress was very comfortable. We had a great sleep. We had a lovely two night stay and will definitely return in the future. A real gem in a lovely town.」
