東里昂大區B&B 飯店住宿訂房

「l'hotel est bien placé à 50 metres du métro, le batiment eest neuf, d'une propreté impeccable. Je n'ai entendu aucun bruit; un coussin supplémentaire aurait été le bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner etait vraiment complet, pain frais, viennoisries cuites sur place et les meilleurs oeufs brouillés que j'ai pu manger en france. Le personnel est aimable, attentif et souriant, bref un excellent hotel à tous points de vue」

「原本看評論是一家好飯店，結果這是一家很糟糕的飯店，飯店人員一點都不友善，詢問有沒有熱水壺可以煮熱水泡牛奶給寶寶，服務人員回覆態度糟糕，房間裡面也都沒有暖氣供應，checking in 的時候有付停車費，當我們把車子開到地下停車場的時候，飯店櫃檯人員衝到地下停車場跟我們大聲吼叫說我們沒有付停車費，實在是很無言與生氣😡，後來到櫃檯了解原因：原來是飯店櫃檯人員沒有把我們的房間註明有付停車費，飯店櫃檯人員態度還是很囂張無理的裝沒事，下次再也不會來這家飯店住宿」
