Fais l'affaire pour une étape

Hôtel qui fait l'affaire pour une étape d'une nuit en famille. Arrivée vers minuit, je n'aurai jamais trouvé la borne d'accueil (qui permet d'obtenir le code d'acces de la chambre quand la réception est fermée) sans l'aide précieuse de l'agent de sécurité. L'aspect général de la chambre fait un peu vieillot, mais ca reste propre. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas...et a tendance à s'ouvrir toute seule.

Globalement correct.

Chambre très correcte, propre, literie de qualité. La salle de bain est correcte également. Par contre, l’espace réservé au petit déjeuner est sous dimensionné, il faut se dépêcher de manger pour laisser la place. Ce point est vraiment négatif, on se croirait dans un formule 1.

Arrivée tardive de nuit : un vrai cauchemar. L’hôtel ne répond pas au téléphone, ils raccrochent même. Or j’avais un vrai problème. Le site m’avait donné un mauvais code d’accès , il était tard , je devais me lever à 5 h et j’ai cru que j’allais dormir dehors. Heureusement je suis tombée sur un vigile adorable qui par chance avait le bon code . Heureusement que je l’ai vu . Car rien n’est expliqué : si on n’a pas l’habitude de ce type d’hôtel, et bien on est perdus … à commencer par l’entrée au parking : il y a un code à taper ( mais encore faut il avoir le bon) alors on a profité de l’entrée d’une autre voiture…puis ensuite un autre code à taper (mais d’une certaine façon sinon ça ne marche pas) pour entrer dans la chambre . Heureusement vigile efficace et très sympa encore une fois . Je comprends que pour une arrivée tardive il n’y ait personne à la réception et que tout soit fermé, mais qu’au moins l’arrivée des clients ne relève pas de l’énigme… Le reste : rien à dire , chambre propre , lit confortable. C’est dommage parce que , avec cette aventure, je ne reviendrai plus jamais.

Reçu une chambre par l'automate à 16h15, chambre non nettoyée avec les matelas posés aux murs. Après avoir attendu l'arrivée de la réceptionniste à 17h, reçu une chambre avec une climatisation non fonctionnelle. Il faisait 36 degrés à l'extérieur, à l'intérieur avec la climatisation réglée à fond... Un sauna. Vraiment déçu pour ce prix, ne recommande pas

La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. Environnement silencieux et buffet de petit déjeuner très satisfaisant J'ai mis une note moyenne car j'avais écrit en amont pour m'assurer que je pourrai payer en chèques vacances même en arrivant ce nuit et finalement ça n'a pas été possible.
