「It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. 「Second time to choose this place」

「Pretty sure I reserved an accessibility room online and when arriving was told that there none available. First room came with a half eaten pizza and soiled linen on bed. Second room was cleaning but had not been vacuumed. Had to use suitcases as a step up to get in and out of the bed. No grab bars in shower. Dangerous for the elderly. Girl at front desk had no idea how to access channels without going one by one. Will not stay again」
