「This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience 」

「Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good variety and well stocked. Close to downtown activities. Only complaint was that it was very cold the night we were there and there was no heat.」

「The staff were all very good. The in-house restaurant was surprisingly good, and the breakfast was excellent. The one thing that didn't work was the surprise $13. parking fee that was not included in the hotel cost. This is a hotel with its own parking lot. I have never paid a parking fee when staying at such a place and don't intend to again. It's not about the money, but the sleazy way they extracted another fee.」
