「Great hotel, only place we stay in GR.」

「The Amway Hilton has always been a superior hotel to stay at but has gone down hill in recent years. The rooms are stark with no amenities. It doesn't even have a coffee pot in the room anymore. Just a disappointment when you expect more.」

「We wanted a place close to the zoo. We came in for the lantern festival. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. It looks like there is a balcony but it was only a facade. Husband found a piece of soap on the floor upon entering most likely dropped by housekeeping. Could have been something worse right? All kidding aside, we would surely stay here again. 」

「It’s a nice hotel. It does have parking, which apparently is a thing here, but it’s not free. Staff was friendly. Room clean, bed comfy. Breakfast free and amazing! Easy on off highway. Down sides; connecting room so we could heat neighbors. View of the parking garage, which was also noisy. Only one elevator working. Lobby bathroom was messy. I think if I would have asked for a specific view that would obviously have been better, so that’s on me. I don’t think you should have to ask for a...
