The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. 「First time actually “staying” at the Winter Inn. The accommodations were great for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t rave more about them, with exception of one of the bartenders, who was not very welcoming or friendly. Would definitely stay again!」
