"It was in a very cool trendy neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and heated bathroom floor."

"Front desk people are lovey and very helpful. Staff on the phone as well. My calls are picked up instantly. I also love that the hotels profits go towards helping hosting the vulnerable people in this city, and they have lovely non-plastic little wooden room cards and no disturb door cards. "

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was amazing as always. Burrard Inn is situated very well for the west end shoppers and diners. And of course St Pauls is across the street for those visiting sick relations. Plus check out time is noon. 11AM comes so quickly when you are packing to go."

"The room was adequate for my purposes. The property is older and probably could use some renovations. The floors were sticky and not clean. Not very much attention to detail in cleaning. Noticed weird splatters in different places, including sides of desk, and outlet."
