「The room was clean and everything worked. The drains drained and the fridge cooled as well as the AC. The manager was also kind. Thank you!」

「The room was just an average older room. It could use some fixing up, carpet is obviously pretty old, the bathroom could use some renovations. Pool/hot tub needed a good scrubbing. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't spectacular either. 」

「This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option. 」

「The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast. 」
