「Close to the children’s hospital which is why we booked. We loved this place and was quiet and very well updated. Would stay again for sure. 」

「This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.」

「Our stay was outstanding! My husband and I were there on what we called our “mini-moon” after getting married last year. The service was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with warm smiles and once we told them the occasion we were celebrating, our room had a plate of macaroons, bottle of champagne, and a sweet note. Also the room was exceptionally cleaned. It was really the best way to celebrate the start of our marriage😊」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
