「This is unusual property. Essentially it is a private flat that has been made into a rental property. You enter the property from the street and there are multiple private owners in the building. On the Ada floor, you open the door and enter through into the homes living area. The rooms are down the hall. When you wake in the morning, the dining room table is set for your breakfast. The other couples are also at the table. It is nice to meet others from around the world. Breakfast is top notch....

「It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them」

「Good reception: friendly, efficient, and attentive. They accommodated our request for two single beds even though the reservation originally had one queen bed. They also quickly replaced the batteries in the safe when they were running low. Excellent beds. Good shower. Bidet. Plenty of electrical outlets. Good air conditioning. 「The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. 」

「Great hotel! Rooms were very nice and wheelchair friendly for us. The free breakfast at the restaurant (Figo’s) was very nice and we at lunch and dinner there as well. Great restaurant, one of our favorite places in Rome! The front desk staff was very nice and even help arrange private transport to the airport for us which was very helpful. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood with little great markets near by for us to get drinks and snack. Would definitely stay there again.」
