"Overall poor experience. Staff was not very helpful. Never stay there if you have a car. Parking deck was very tight. And parking deck was closed due to the event. Even so they should have had a plan B. You can’t say you are a 4 star hotel and offer another deck far away and on checkout had to walk our luggage a long way to get to the closest deck. Disappointed. Breakfast was ok, we ended up having to buy our breakfast. Won’t be back. Thanks."
