「The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.」

「I’m assuming bc I booked through Expedia, the original room I selected was not the room we got. My husband had an immediate reaction to something in the livingroom area or on the porch and developed a sinus infection. The sofa was small and uncomfortable and no other seating available but 1 dining room chair. The bed was comfortable! The room was fine for what we needed, but definitely can use some TLC with some wear and rust areas. Also our key card stopped working, and it’s a long track back...

「Nice place to stay but definitely need to work on a few things. Need to wash the walls and get footprints and handprints off. Bathroom windows are see through from outside have a little gap at bottom & can see though regardless of privacy tint! No elevators (not listed on website). House keeping knows the code to your room while u stay. Had a housekeeper walk into our room no knock, while we were getting our stuff together to check out & was rude we were in there past check out time. Definitely...

「TV didn’t work. Nightlight didn’t work banister on balcony was falling off. Open wiring from the ceiling and the wall. Bed still felt like there was sand in the sheets from probably previous users. Killed several cockroaches. Informed the fire department of potential hazards. Staff was polite and tried to be helpful. But everything is dilapidated and rundown no wonder why it was so cheap.」

「First time visiting this Resort. We were not disappointed. What a nice place. Very Family friendly and away from all the hustle and Bustle. Rooms were so nice and comfortable (we had the One-bedroom Oceanfront suite) and views you can watch all day from the very spacious Balcony. Room had Washer Dryer, Fridge with ice maker oven, Microwave, Food Dispenser, silverware etc., etc. AC worked very well, that with the Ceiling fans so cool especially during the Hot SC days. Check-in was a breeze....
