Pool was closed, staff was not helpful at all. Reserved a junior suite noted to sleep 4 (king bed and pull out sofa). Room was as described with one major issue. The sofa bed was a twin bed at best! No way two people could sleep on it. Brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Their solution ...

The Hotel Melrose
Tiny room with one double bed, but we only used the room to shower & sleep so it was fine. One window with blackout shades that faced a brick wall. Would’ve been a 5-starting, but we missed the sunlight in the room.

Dtwn Walkability! Grand Junction Couple's Retreat
Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college.
