"This is a good hotel. We were there for 2 weeks and the staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was pretty spacious.The free breakfast is pretty much like most basic free breakfast except instead of waffles they serve pancakes which I was a fan of. There is plenty of places to get food or shop for anything you may need. This place was definitely a great value and would stay here again sometime."

"I have stayed at this property many times over the past couple years because I often work in Joplin area. I’ve had very good experiences until last night. Last night I arrived on site and attempted to check in by texting their phone number, as I’ve done all other times and as stated in the reservation (there is no office to check in with). I waited over 30 minutes; texting and calling several times, but never got a response. I eventually had to find another room. Highly frustrating and unacceptable!"
