「The hotel staff were very friendly. The food was excellent. Good choice of breakfast. 」

「We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area.」

「朝食が素晴らしい。4つ星ホテルなのに夏のハイシーズンで相当お得に泊まれた。受付もフレンドリーで早めにチェックインできた。屋上プールからの眺望もなかなか。」

「Excellent place. Smells really good and it is very clean. The breakfast and breakfast lady are awesome. Very sweet. The front desk girl is equally kind and sweet. The view of front courtyard is stunning. The view of the mountains is really relaxing. Nice pool but I couldn't use it because of my work schedule. The interior architecture is amazing and the room is very roomy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink which is not my favorite but it has a top shelf and a side table to place your toiletries...

「L'albergo è molto bello e curato. La camera superiore ha un bagno comodo con una doccia moderna. Sono stata 3 notti e l'ho trovata molto bello e rilassante. Merita 4 stelle. Il servizio molto buono sia la pulizia della camera (la signora molto gentile e disponibile) che la reception. Le terme sono molto bellissime, curate, silenziose. Ho un fatto un.massaggio..molto bello. Il ristorante ottimo sia la cucina che il servizio. Una vacanza piacevole. 」

「Een fantastisch hotel. Alles is brandschoon en de service is van hoog niveau. Niets is teveel gevraagd. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, met naast het buffet ook de mogelijkheid om gerechten vers te laten bereiden. Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving en binnen tien minuten wandel je zo het charmante centrum van Montecatini in. Zes jaar geleden verbleven wij hier ook al en het hotel is sindsdien perfect onderhouden. Onze bijzondere waardering gaat uit naar Nadisha, die ons elke ochtend...
