Air conditioning did not work at all. Hard beds with springs everywhere. Pillows paper thin and was so bad needed to look for another hotel. Pictures were misleading.

The room was clean, looked like pictures. It’s not a five star hotel but you know that when you book it, you get what you expect. The bathroom had been renovated but the shower was missing one door so the bathroom got all wet when we showered, there was no where to hang up towels after showering which was a bit strange. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge in the room. Air cons didn’t really make a difference in the heat! Breakfast was included and served until 9 exactly. There were many things to choose from for breakfast. The pool didn’t look so great up close, although many people were using it. You’re supposed to wear swimming hats while using it. Our stay there was good, just like we expected when we booked!

Voglio premiare la gentilezza del servizio sia alla reception che in sala colazioni. Il bagno è sicuramente da ristrutturare, così come le porte e il sistema di aerazione, le pulizie da migliorare. Buona la posizione vicino alla zona mercatini e Pineta verso il centro. Buono il prezzo.

Dans l'ensemble le sejour a été très correct pour le prix. Avantages parking gratuit et fermé. Chambre spatieuse. Personnel accueillant et sympathque. Piscine exterieure. Problèmes , douche qui se bouche, salle de bain viellote à tafraichir. Ampoule er prise d'antenne de télé qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Il poco personale fa del suo meglio, la gente incivile ha reso il nostro soggiorno poco confortevole: cartacce, foglie secche e sigarette buttate per giorni intorno alla piscina nel prato, rumori e urla e ascensore (assolutamente da riammodernare) sempre bloccato: farsi 4 piani di scale ogni giorno per 3-4 volte al giorno è stato molto faticoso, non dormire per le urla anche... la nostra camera era ok, ma il telecomando della tv non era disponibile: durante un pomeriggio di pioggia un po'di tv l'avremmo gradita. La stanza era pulita ma un giorno non è stata riordinata, il tavolo della colazione non è stato preparato un giorno e i successivi mancava sempre qualcosa almeno a uno dei nostri coperti...il cibo è dozzinale ma abbondante...la moquette delle scale va sostituita o almeno pulita a fondo. La piscina è piccolina, dalle foto sembra più grande, si riempie in fretta.

Viaggio con famiglia camera spaziosa ben messa, anche se posta all ultimo piano abbiamo trovata con l aria condizionata accesa per rinfrescarla , buona la pulizia e piscina ottima. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio privato

Hotel meraviglioso.

Hotel grande, moderno e bellissimo. La piscina enorme con vasca e dietro la piscina una chiesina meravigliosa. Camera singola molto ampia con tutto il necessario. Lo staff gentilissimo soprattutto la ragazza alla reception di una gentilezza unica. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Terribile camere vecchie con mobilio ancor più vecchio però si può pensare che con un prezzo basso non si deve pretendere… il problema sta nel fatto che siamo arrivati in camera troviamo asciugamani sporchi per terra tutti ammucchiati, ci cambiano camera e ci danno una camera con 4 letti singoli tutta sporca con bagno inguardabile cieco con ventola non funzionante…. Televisore rotto senza telecomando. Anche la colazione oltre ad essere sgradevole, ad una certa senza chiederci nulla hanno fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo altre due persone, così senza se e senza ma, una volta detto alla caposala o meglio l’unica presente in sala, che sarebbe stato carino quantomeno chiedere se per noi fosse stato un problema condividere il tavolo data la sala vuota, lei ha dato in escandescenze rispondendo in modo maleducato e sicuramente non adeguato ad un cliente. Detto ciò sconsiglio vivamente meglio spendere qualcosa in più noi siamo in quattro due adulti e due bambini

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 4;nous avons eu une chambre avec une fenêtre qui n en était pas une car nous avions un panneau de bois dans le bas de celle-ci.on a supposé qu elle était cassée et qu elle avait été réparée…La climatisation date !1seul volet sur 2 fenêtres….Tres bruyant bref on ne recommande pas !

Hotellet är i oerhört dåligt skick, stämmer absolut inte överens med bilderna. Trasiga möbler, trasig duschkabin, halvtrasiga sängar. Gammal aircondition som inte gick att använda pga den lät för mycket. Poolen var det ända som gjorde vistelsen okej, dock var även den inte underhållen, kakelplattor som lossnat. Dålig service, wifi fungerade inte i rummen och tv-dosan saknades. Trots att vi sade till om detta blev det inte åtgärdat.

Sehr schön war das sehr geräumige, neu renovierte Familienzimmer. Auch die Poolanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen (großes Becken, Schattenplätze durch Bäume, schöne Sitzgruppe). Freundliches Hotelpersonal, v.a. an der Rezeption. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück könnte vielleicht noch durch eine Wurstsorte und Tomaten und Gurken erweitert werden.

La atención del personal es excelente. Son muy atentos con la gente y eso siempre gusta verlo. La zona de la piscina está bien. Desayuno y cena abundantes, la cena son 2 platos y postre. La habitacion era muy amplia. Estaba todo muy limpio. Hay parking gratuito del hotel, eso es un puntazo! El pero es que el aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido y la nevera de nuestra habitación no funcionaba

Partendo dal presupposto che non si può giudicare una struttura ricettiva per la stagione estiva in autunno, devo ammettere che l hotel è un ottima struttura. Esternamente sembra un pò datata, ma la camera in cui ho soggiornato era completamente ristrutturata. Strutturalmente piacevoli le architetture in ArtDeco. Il personale è stato cordiale e professionale. Ottima la colazione. Altro punto a suo favore è il parcheggio interno , che potrebbe salvare da sgradevoli sorprese( multe ). Consigliato assolutamente.
