Wonderful staff very nice people. The concierge was absolutely phenomenal. He’s got us dinner reservations every night at the most wonderful amazing places and spoke fluent English and was just very very helpful.

Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Destaco o cuidado e atenção da equipe de funcionários. Cassiano e Jerusa foram as cerejas do bolo. Sensacional localização, café da manhã impecável!!!! Amei e, se eu puder,será minha escolha em todas as minhas idas para Gramado. Exatamente atrás da Rua Coberta, o que encanta ainda mais a bela do hotel. Gramado é sensacional e o hotel Cercano é precioso.
