Ficamos hospedados durante um final de semana neste hotel e foi maravilhoso. O quarto super confortĂĄvel, chuveiro bom e o atendimento Ă© espetacular. Todos os funcionĂĄrios muito educados e solicitos. HĂĄ uma delicadeza e um cuidado com os hĂłspedes que nĂŁo se vĂȘ em todo lugar. Chegamos e fomos recebidos com uma mensagem e brigadeiros no quarto, que se repetiu para as noites seguintes - sempre um mimo para os hĂłspedes. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© incrĂ­vel! Muita variedade e algo que eu nunca vi - nĂŁo tem horĂĄrio de encerramento, apenas quando o Ășltimo hĂłspede toma cafĂ©. No checkout uma sacola com cookies e ĂĄgua geladinha para nos acompanhar na viagem. Sem dĂșvidas voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui numa prĂłxima vinda a Gramado.

O hotel é incrível, atendimento excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso e tudo de muito bom gosto. Eu sou alérgico tenho asma; pedi ao hotel que tivessem cuidado com a limpeza do quarto e não tive nenhum problema respiratório durante a estadia o que é muito comum toda vez que eu viajo. Recomendo muito esse hotel! Amei!

Atendimento excelente. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, em especial, Marcelo, PatrĂ­cia e os recepcionistas da noite. Única sugestĂŁo de melhoria seria em relação ao cafĂ© da manhĂŁ: colocar mais funcionĂĄrios para atendimento; faltam opçÔes de cucas e bolos, que Ă© o que se espera em um cafĂ© na serra; disponibilizar cafĂ© em tĂ©rmicas, que fiquem Ă  disposição dos hĂłspedes, o fato de esperar que tragam atĂ© a mesa causa demora e, muitas vezes, o cafĂ© chega frio. Hotel impecåvel, voltaria mil vezes. O hotel é super novo, a estética é linda em cada detalhe. São extremamente receptivos, todos os funcionårios são educados e super atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem servido, com tudo de muita qualidade e são flexíveis quanto ao horårio. Eu diria que é até acima de um padrão internacional, é um atendimento e qualidade de um hotel de luxo.

O hotel Ă© super novo (tem uns 6 meses). A arquitetura Ă© linda. Fomos recepcionados pelo gerente com taças de espumante, enquanto eles preparavam nosso checkin. AliĂĄs, o atendimento foi impecĂĄvel do inĂ­cio ao fim. Tem manobrista, carregadores de malas, etc. O conforto do quarto Ă© excelente. Toalhas de primeira qualidade, cama boa. Achei o tamanho do quarto um pouco apertado, mas nĂŁo chega a torna-lo desconfortĂĄvel por isso. Mas o ponto alto Ă© o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ, que NAO TEM HORA PRA ENCERRAR. Isso mesmo, a hora que vocĂȘ resolver tomar cafĂ© da manhĂŁ, estarĂĄ disponĂ­vel. Achei o mĂĄximo do luxo isso. No cafĂ©, alĂ©m do buffet tradicional com tudo que um bom cafĂ© da manhĂŁ deve ter, hĂĄ opçÔes a la carte. Pedimos ovos beneditos, que estava excelente. Enfim, jĂĄ Ă© meu hotel favorito em Gramado e recomendo de olhos fechados.
