「我訂的是非吸煙房，房間內卻有煙灰缸而且煙味非常重，尋問前台得到的答案是他們沒有非吸煙房。我拿訂房確認單給他看上面明白寫著non smoking room, 前台人員只是對我搖頭，甚至因為有其客人進來時要求我離開。我得罪誰了。」

「以這樣的價錢來說很好，不會要求太多。位置很近明洞，對第一次來韓國的旅客很方便。就是沒有升降機，女士們/帶行李箱的人要注意。整體評價也是滿意的。」
