great stay with a great host

our stay was good Paul was a great host and very helpful the hostel is in a good location for the subway and places to go eat its a quiet area around the hostel but a 5 min walk from a busy area with lots to do and eat . only downside from the stay was the mattress was a bit too hard so was a bit hard to sleep on for us.

OPPA Hostel Rated High for Good Reason

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, I recommend OPPA Hostel. Richard is a wonderful host and he goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. The room was clean and I had enough space to reorganize my luggage before I checked out. The washroom is a shower, toilet and sink combined, not ideal but you get used to it. The location is convenient and pretty quiet at night (4 min walk to Sinchon station). Would definitely return when I come back to Seoul.

It was our first big trip overseas and Richard made our accommodations easy and painless! We stayed just over two weeks, and though the room was small it was great for our budget. Richard treated us like family, always made sure we had eaten good food, and gave us lots of recommendations. We could always rely on him to help us in a pinch, and he was ready to offer accommodations for items that didn’t come with the room (such as ordering us large towels). The location was excellent; very quiet and close to tons of shops, restaurants, bus routes and the subway. Thank you so much for your kindness and friendship, we’ll be sure to stay again next time!
