"Nice hotel in a good location, very close to Euljiro 3(sam)ga metro station so you could easily get around to visit the main sights. Convenience store downstairs was very...convenient. 😄 Room was clean but small (although that was expected). Our biggest issue was the lifts - they're so slow! I wanted to use the stairs even though we were on level 8, but was told at reception that we couldn't. My husband is actually a lift mechanic and he observed that the dispatching has been poorly configured, so you wait a long time for a lift. They should get their lift company's service mechanics in to review it!"
