"This was our 3rd year in a row in Korea and we’ve stayed at Lotte World all 3 times! We always book the in suite laundry which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety however it was on the pricier end. We had to make some adjustments to booking and Aesop Sung helped us out and the changes were smooth because of him. Excellent customer service and we will return again because of good staff like him that make our trip memorable! Thank you Aesop!!!!!"

"The hotel is nice and central surrounded by public transportation and only a 10 minute walk from tourist attractions and there is a convenience store attached to the store, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and offer a good view of the city, friendly staff, there are multiple restaurants inside the hotel which provide a nice variety of tasteful food,"

"Immaculately clean and excellent location for a layover. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was quiet and cool with the AC and nice to have a washing machine in the room. Free shuttle to the airport was perfect. Late check out is option for a reasonable fee. Would stay again. One thing...check in is a bit confusing as the check in desk is the same location as the adjacent hotel."
