「A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!」

「An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. As it was our first trip to Spain, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the local people. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!」

「Staffs are very nice & helpful. 」

「離皇宮很近，值得推薦」

「The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient and central, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options in the city. However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the...

「The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.」

「The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of...

「Surprised customer service at front desk is average. Disappointed」

「The service was brilliant , friendly staffs, very helpful for special needs. The location is perfect, few metro stations nearby. Convenience store just next to the hotel. The room is big , good enough for 3 ppl. 」

「Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad.」

「交通便利，室內整體環境優，廚具電器一應俱全，滿足家庭旅遊需求。 唯一小小不解處是廁所洗手台太高不好用，是否有特殊考量？」

「Great location」
