「My family and I stay at hotels a few times a year just to get away. I have to say this was probably the best place we have stayed at by far. From beginning to end every staff member we encountered was nice and very helpful, from greeting is at our car for checking in to grabbing our luggage cart at the end. 「This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking.
