"First, the staff were all accomodating and very nice. The issues we had dealt more with a lack of leadership and management. The pillows were about half of normal size and we only got 3 for a queen bed. The smell of marijuana was pretty much everywhere. The window had actually separated from the frame in the first room we were in, so we had to request a different room, and the front desk staff was awesome helping us out with that. The bedding had holes and stains throughout, and one room had more blankets on the bed than the second. Dust bunnies and cracks were on the ceilings of both rooms. 2 separate light bulbs were burned out in the 2 separate rooms we were in. When we looked out the window, we could see 3 guys drinking beer and smoking weed in the back parking lot. Even if it costs you a few extra dollars, I would go elsewhere. When I booked the room, it said it offered a hot breakfast, but when we went down the first morning, it was a pre-packaged iced bun and a dispenser for orange juice that qualified as "Breakfast." I booked 2 nights and left the morning after the first. Just stay away."

"Hotel was great, very clean and organized. Only drawback was that we happened to be roomed next a room with 2 dogs that had a penchant for barking. We support hotels allowing pets (something we have done in the past) - this time it was pretty annoying."

"Everything was great very clean. The ramen restaurant was excellent. I do wish there mini fridge would run like a normal one, instead of having to push a button that only works for a couple of hours. Also a microwave would really be a great amenitie to offer."

"Staff was friendly at check in, however room was super dirty, the walls in the kitchen were gross and the walls in the bathroom were gross with leftover makeup. Someone else finger nail in shower and hair on walls. Hot water never worked cold showers would never stay again ."

"We were not informed of parking situations and that there were hotel parking and paid parking. The lamp was broken in room and the phone in the room was seemingly non functional. Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open ."
