「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

「We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 「It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly.
