"The staff were very helpful! They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."

"Amazing experience, definitely worth living once ! The cabin is well kept and surprisingly spacious ! The view is amazing, you have to get up early to watch the sunrise. We also recommend you take the breakfast, it was great and generous. Great location to hike during the day on the Velika Planina, and do try all the restaurant you cross ! No real need to bring food, and they got you covered with different items you may wish in the cabin (chips, wine, chocolate, pasta, cheese..) at fair price."

"My BA flight was cancelled at 11pm. Not only did this hotel have a spare room, they came out and picked me up from the airport and then took me back the next morning. While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend."
