「房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付」

「Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels. 」

「Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...
