「This hotel was excellent! The staff were so kind, welcoming and quick to check us in even late at night. The pool was open until 11 pm which made our kids happy after a long day of travel. 「This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in quite a while, from the lobby, hallways and my room! 」

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Room overlooking the pool was very nice. For 5 stars on the property condition, they would have to repair some ceiling areas over the pool, but this is a minor point overall. We checked in late, but the waiter in the bar offered to take our food order and deliver it to us in the pool area so we could enjoy the pool before it closed. Super nice guy, and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could acknowledge him here. Wristband room key was a first for me, but a great idea.」
