「The B&B was lovely and Catherine was a great host, very welcoming and keen to ensure that everything was perfect for us.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and was amazing.
A really enjoyable stay in a lovely location, which was a perfect base to explore York from. 」

「Fantastic hotel. Staff are really friendly. They treated our daughter to a chocolate bar for her birthday. The pantry of treats for guests is fantastic too. The rooms are lovely. The food is great. A great atmosphere. We will be back. 」

「Staff were impeccable. Food excellent.
Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. 」
