"Great Hotel we stsyed here as we were attending a concert at Caldicot Castle. Staff were very friendly and rhe accommodation was very nice. The breakfast was so tasty with such a large selection. Will definitely be back. "

"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "
