「Nicely designed hotel. Comfy bed and spacious room. 」

「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」

「Good hotel, liked our room and how close to pool area it was, only grumble was they didn’t service our room after 1st night so we didn’t have towels to use but this was put right 」

「這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。」

「Stayed here for a night, wished to stay more nights! It's luxury and cozy, the food and drink seemed to be great, haven't have a chance to try though. It was a high class hotel at accessible location, the price was friendly, will definitely recommend to anyone visiting York.」

「We were greeted by a cheerful young man who ordered a taxi for us. Our room was on the top floor with no lift- a trudge with the cases. A small, dark but clean room. Mattress was rather hard. The fan in the shower room was ridiculously loud. Breakfast was a great help yourself spread. The spa was lovely. 」

「Overall a very good hotel. But the first morning the fire alarm went off at 655am. No fire. Same morning no hot water.」
