"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. "Breakfast was great, hot spring was wonderful both the public and private in room onsen. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking "

"Went to Sanyi to see the wood carvings. The hotel is just around the corner from the wood carving museum and some shops. Good location."

"The host was very very kind. He saw that out group didn't have our day planned and took some time to recommend spots to visit and ways to get there. Excellent stay."

"It wad amazing best hotel i ever stayed at for a great price the bar down stairs was super fun."
