「From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. 「This is a lovely hotel with mostly great staff who are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous with a great choice of food to suit all diets. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the original room I was shown when arriving at the hotel. 「免费停车。但是当我到达酒店，不堪回首的经历就开始了。前台抱歉地通知我，我预定的房型没有房间了，然后巴拉巴拉一堆。我当即表示，这些理由都站不住脚。酒店超卖也算是行业潜规则，虽不能赞同，但知道酒店也有担心。但是客人既然来了而你酒店满房，就要想办法妥善处理。最常见的方法是升级房型。我就不信当日酒店连一间房间都没有了！结果给出的解决方案是安排我去所谓海景公寓下榻。我还以为是他家自己旗下的公寓，开了一天的车，累得实在不想再理论了。结果去了发现，是另外一家叫做old town apartment ，房间装修设施和莫斯科酒店大相径庭，而如果作为公寓来说，自身特有的厨具微波炉洗衣机也没有，更别说像我在贝尔格莱德订的公寓还免费赠送零食水果啤酒，退房时还赠送纪念品。这时候我已经累得实在不想折腾了。附上照片，大家看看这样的公寓值不值90欧元，酒店这样的处理应不应该！」

「Great place around to stay」

「Lovely hotel situated 10 min walk from beach and close to the bus station. The staff were able to accomodate an early arrival for me, which I appreciated. The room was nicely appointed, spacious and the balcony was added bonus. Having the pool was wonderful to overcome the searing heat. Breakfast was good. The most entertaining part was watching the two grey cats that sit outside on the terrace hoping someone will feed them. Kept me amused!」

「The hotel is new and the room I had on the top floor was lovely.Breakfast was nice plenty of choice.The staff were all very helpful and friendly…The big let down for this hotel is not having an outdoor pool.They have a massive rooftop with hot tubs but it’s too warm to get in them and they charge €15 euros for half an hour.They have enough room to put a big pool up there..It was very disappointing. Also be careful of the taxis they charged one of our group €30 to go into town when it’s only €5」

「The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay.」
