「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「Overraskende bra, vi oppgraderte rommet og fikk et meget bra rom. Hadde en drink på takterrassen og nøt utsikten denne høstkvelden. Der ble vi oppvartet med masse snacks på tapasfjøl til behagelig musikk og hyggelige servitører. Resepsjonen var veldig effektiv og bra ved inn -og utsjekking. 」

「In a very nice location. Steps away from everything the town has to offer but not stuck in the middle of it. No traffic on the streets adjacent so quieter than other areas. Only thing that could be improved is the floor of the shower. It’s very slick so a bit of a hazard.」

「We had the Portofino room, which featured a gorgeous sea view. The entire villa is phenomenal, each room is a work of art, with vaulted ceilings and original artwork. Breakfast was a delight, with fresh fruit and veggies, perfect portions and honey from the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during the stay. I would recommend Villa Gelsomino in a heartbeat.」
