The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night.
The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho.

Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you.
The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy.
The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable」

I didn't like that there is no place to store the luggage and only a ceiling light at the living room.

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it.
The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night.
Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference.
If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time.
