The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night.
The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho.

There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff...
