"Location is very convenient as few minutes walk from main station hub and trams was right in front of the hotel. Room was cleaned but bathroom fixtures are outdated. Didn’t try breakfast but Bar is good open till late. "

"Spacious room on the 5th floor. Big bathroom with bath and a large shower. Full size fridge but minimal tea, coffee and milk provided, would like more. In room safe for your valuables. On the downside, little hanging room for clothes and only 4 hangers provided. We were staying as part of a longer visit to Switzerland so we struggled to hang all our clothes."

"I chose this property as various reviews said "quiet"; however, it was very noisy. All night traffic, a sort of nightmare. Ended up sleeping with ear plugs, head phones and white noise. The toilet space was a tiny 1 sqm kind of campervan type, made in plastic - never seen anything like this before (maybe they are common in Geneve, but it was the first time I visited). There was no fan in the 'bathroom', which is a problem especially because the toilet space was so tiny... Staff was kind enough to let us leave the luggage there for a few hours, but other than that, the stay was not pleasant. "

"The gentleman at reception is gruff and needs to be more friendly and understanding with his weary guests as he seemed more interested in his phone. The hotel itself is simple and the decor deliberately so, with ex army cupboards etc in our room while the restaurant is dismally decorated. Breakfast is basic."
