The lounge chair in our room was so stained. It really turned us off. First thing you see when you walk into the room as it’s bright yellow and right next to the bed. Everywhere was boarded up in preparation for protests for G7 Staff was lovely

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake. Location is incredible. Rooms are beautiful and the entire property is exceptionally clean. Check-in was breeze & there was a doorman to assist with my bags. I don’t recall the exact name for my room type, but highly recommend the basic king with balcony - it costs less than the slightly larger king but has a view of the river when sitting outside. Remember this is a boutique hotel so certain amenities are lacking. While the front desk team is gracious, they do not have a concierge to assist with dining and activities. The in-house restaurant is nice - even if you’re not crazy about the cuisine, the waiters are charming and work very hard to take care of you. I can’t wait to have a reason to return.

From the professional and warm greetings at reception to the interior design, comfort and cleanliness this hotel deserves a massive congrats for a wonderful customer experience. It is not only my favourite hotel in Geneva but also a hotel that a really look forward to spending time in.
