「The staff are excellent. Really friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but the bar snacks are very good. Parking is convenient and secure. The casino restaurant is accessed directly without going into the casino and is very good. Nice food variety. We have stayed there about eight times and it’s consistently great. 」

「if you have car, it's very good choice: 1. the reception desk is very friendly and helpful 2. room is nice, quiet and well furnitured 3. located besides a big casino, very fit for a family's weekend--not for us. 4. basic but good breakfast 5.rate is ok comparing with the normal rate in Geneva. if you have no car and want to play in Geneva, I will not recommend to you. 1. it costs us 65 eruo to take a texi from the rail station to the hotel--it's the only way. 2. there is only a very little bus...

「Funny and interest decoration with beautiful pictures. Very nice staff answer any questions. Simple and good breakfast are available. The room is a bit of small but tidy and equipment is enough. It seems convenience and takes 15 minutes from hotel to downtown by tram.」

「虽然开车转了几圈才找到，但位置是很好的，离商业区和湖滨都不远，边上就是大教堂，还有一个摆了几门炮的古迹。免费升级到了套房，房间和卫生间都很大，用旧木材装修，和现代家具形成对比，既舒适又怀旧，和古老的建筑很般配。据说有名人住过，但介绍的名字不认识。曾经有两位美国总统在酒店的餐厅里吃过饭。米其林2015有推荐。」
