「We didn't get room service after our 1st night. We found this to actually be a blessing because the women we dealt with at the front desk were super nice, giving us extra linen and coffee each day!」

「They cancelled on us less than 24 hours before our arrival because they “forgot” to tell us they are under construction. We are a family of 6 and they left us completely starting from scratch without any resources or help. Because they cancelled their entire reservations the day before, we were only able to find one room at one hotel in the entire city that was literally twice the cost on a last minute reservation. The Rodeway in staff member was rude and sarcastic, they never returned my call...

「其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。」

「Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic. Breakfast was the typical sausage/egg/waffle and toast...

「My granddaughters and I were in Wisconsin Rapids for a gymnastics competition. We came up the day before. The girls and I had a wonderful time swimming in the hotel pool, it was nice and warm. The owner was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.」

「I rated this high overall, clean and comfortable rooms, newly renovated. Quiet. Nice staff. One thing I would suggest is to let people know there is still a lot of renovating going on when advertised on Expedia. Perhaps knock a few dollars off the price. It didn't really affect anything other than using the stairway. There was other work going on but I was gone during the day so it was fine. But overall, very good hotel stay for the price. 」

「Bathroom sing was dirty it has someone hairs. It seemed like someone shaved hair and it’s just sitting there. It’s gross!! The fridge wouldn’t close at all. The light is too dim not bright enough! 」
