Parking was good, however there is a weird smell in the hotel rooms. In addition to that the sheets and comforter is really scratchy “motel” material. Also, hotels water services were off for an entire day.

We were in town for karate tournament in Stevens Point and this was a great place to stay! Half the price of the venue the tournament was at, breakfast included, plenty of parking. My kids had a great time in the pool and loved the waffles for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us use of a meeting room for the kids to practice. We’ll be back next year!

The staff was awesome. The gentleman cleaning up was going above and beyond. I heard he wasn’t even an employee but helping out his fiancé. The place is worn and outdated. The breakfast area has very used old furniture. The room was outdated and mold on bathroom ceiling. The tv remote only worked when held directly next to tv. Time to put money into your facility and quit putting lipstick on a pig.

We arrived late night and were greeted by staff. We checked into our room and discovered the tv remote didn’t work. We went downstairs to have breakfast which was very little to choose from. The bowls of tangerines and apples had a sign on them that said fruit not washed. No sink around to wash them. We asked the man at the desk to please fix our tv remote and asked for fresh towels. We left for the day. We left our sign on the door that said please make up room. Got back to our room around 8 pm. The remote was still sitting where we left it and no one made up our room. We went and got fresh towels and asked about the remote the man at the front desk told us to turn the tv on and off on the TV. We were there for a whole week so it was a pain in the butt getting up and down to turn on and off the TV. We asked on day 3 for them to clean our room again we were gone all day returned and the room was not cleaned again. Day 4 we again asked them to clean our room. We were almost out of toilet paper the shower towels were piled up. Came back late in the evening and they finally cleaned our room. They should of replaced the TV. I think that was very inconsiderate of them to blow us off. We will not be staying at Best Western agin in Plover.
