「Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. 「The property has been remodeled. They did a nice job. It’s too bad they didn’t spend some extra money on new beds. Very uncomfortable. The staff was mostly friendly. They wouldn’t let us check in 45 minutes early without a $35 charge. Never had a place not let us check in a little early or ask for a fee to do so. 「Asked for a 5am wake up call when we checked in, never received any calls. Luckily we woke up on time or my husband would have missed his very important medial visits early in the morning. Those medical visits were the only reason we were in Kansas city and stayed at your hotel. Makes me very reluctant to stay there for our next visit in 6 months.」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」
