"We have stayed at this location before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately was not has happy this time. Rooms were updated and clean.Our rooms didn’t have enough towels,bedding and refrigerator was not on when we checked it.It took more than 4 hours to get the stuff we needed from housekeeping. Breakfast was terrible we didn’t even bother going down for breakfast after the first day. They were doing construction outside the rooms at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday this should have happened later.There were also problems with the elevator this has been a problem in the past also you would think that it would be resolved by now.We had to paid for parking which I believe was hotels.com issue because they advertised free parking they need to update there listing.Although the hotel should have waived the parking.Hopefully the hotel resolves these issues for future guests."

"Hotel staff was excellent, lobby was nice, Starbucks onsite was convenient, and seems to be a nice hotel for gatherings .Our room was in need of an update and air conditioning wasn’t great, but was clean and comfortable. There was some maintenance around the property that needed attentionbut in such a large property it is constant need I’m sure. Valet was inexpensive and convenient. Overall I’d stay again."

"We booked a weekend here to celebrate a birthday notknowing there was a National Lacrosse tournament at the Academy with a lot of families staying here. Even though we paid resort prices, and fees, we weren’t able to find seats at or utilize the pool, or have access to the dining facilities. There were hundreds of kids running through the halls, elevators, etc. While we understand this happens, they should have informed us that it wasn’t a good weekend for other guests. Also, our rooms were incorrectly charged (simulator experience we didn’t do). Would definitely recommend you contact the hotel to find out what else is happening if you want a decent experience."

"The elevator leading from our parking lot to the floor of our building was broken during our entire stay. So we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs multiple times per day. At the adult pool there are hundreds of birds making habitat out of the shrubberies separating the adult/family pools. The birds poop everywhere and its gross. At least we were given a discount off our final bill after I complained about the broken elevator. Food at Elevation was excellent. Same with room service. Friendly bartender named Cheyenne at the pool. We’ll only return if we can specifically choose both the floor and building. Matters a ton!"
