The location was great for what we needed, also near a mall with supermarket. The free car park underground was easy to use and safe. Also sheltered from the rain. Hannah at the cafe was extremely hospitable. Shout out to Andrea and Tia and team. Unforeseen issues can occur on any trip but what’s most important is how the staff handles any hiccups and the team did so most professionally. Making us feel understood and cared for. Overall I would recommend this place to friends. Thank you for taking care of us on holiday

The staff t the front desk were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the showerhead was not good at all and definitely needs replacement. Lots of calcification stains on the shower floor and worn. Also Ottoman of couch was very worn out. Rubbish recycling was downstairs and not on the level as garbage shoot as mentioned in the instructions. Cafe is ok, more premade items. No cooking. The yoghurt berries and oat cups were nice and so were other items but was expecting a bit more of a Otherwise the rest of the facility was good. Pool was nice. Did have to inform staff off children abusing pool furniture and throwing in the pool and jumping on them. Broken a table leg in the process. Whilst parent drinking in the spa with glasses. This is not facilities fault however.
