I love that I received texts if I had any requests so that I didn’t have to wait in lines at reception. I highly recommend and ocean view room. Location is close to everything and area is safe. Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "

"Overall good experience. Concierge desk was there, however never attended. Our room was a King room, but in reality it was 2 single beds pushed together... Also, since when do guests bring their luggages to the hotel room and not the porter? Where is concierge?"
