"Completely under construction on every room unfinished with no pool or amenities, dont understand how they can operate as open for business in these conditions. No discount honored for the state of the building and disappointment at no pool."

"Parking was fine. But there was no breakfast despite a good breakfast having been advertised. Not very clean. No tea and coffee making in room. I tripped and fell on the uneven darkly carpeted outside corridor, hitting a brick wall."

"I usually stay at double trees becauseI find they are consistent quality. This particular double tree is in need of renovations. Its nothing terrible but just many little things adding up. The flange around the shower head wasn't attached to the wall so you can see the hole where the pipe goes in. The bathroom was clearly painted over wall paper. The peep hole on the door wasn't attached right so i had to rotate it around to make sure the peep hole was covered. I was there for 3 nights and there were multiple big greasy handprints on the window in the hall by the elevator that were never cleaned. One of the elevators wasn't functioning. My husband had to call one day because the toilet wasn't functioning (it was fixed while we were out). You need to ask for someone to let you into the little convenience store area, so there isn't anything readily available to eat after the morning buffet closes. Oh and you are paying for parking in their parking garage. None of that is all that terrible but also for 200 a night I expect a little better, or at least fewer issues. The staff were nice. The bed was comfy. It was close to where I needed to be (but not right in the middle of everything). I will probably try a different hotel next time I am in the area, but wouldn't go so far as to say I would never stay there again - particularly if renovations occur."

"Gorgeous property, with excellent amenities. The restaurant on site was perfect for an evening dinner in a nice setting. Cute little market on site to grab coffees or quick bites and snacks. Pool was nice and warm, deepest point was 4 ft. so my son had a ton of fun using it and felt comfortable the entire time. Gym looked nice and there was a private movie theater with a current movie playing. Will definitely return when back in the area"

"Hotel was great, but smoking area should be located further from the entrance. Hotel was very clean and decor was beautiful. Room was very clean with a good amount of washcloths, towels and linen provided. I was disappointed that the pool was not available. Overall, good stay. Would stay again."
