I booked very last minute & Mark was absolutely fantastic in ensuring I was safe and accommodated. The room was very neat & tidy and had everything you need for an overnight or few night stay. Location was fantastic. Everything within walking distance including beautiful Beaches. The only con would be no lifts to room so if you had bad knees this maybe troublesome. I would definitely stay here again.

is in a good location close to bars, cafes and beach cost $10 extra to park, air conditioner very loud, took a while to work out how to access the unit as each set of rooms had a separate staircase hotel manager was not on site so had to get info via text but all in all not too bad

Fantastic location in the heart of Broadbeach. Comfortable bed and excellent shower - great, affordable option in one of the best locations on the Gold Coast. Service was also very good - thank you!

Very close to restaurants & Convention Centre

Comfortable studio with adequate facilities. Bathroom was big, shower was excellent (better than most good hotels), bed was comfy & big TV. If your're looking for an excellent location at a budget price (for 1 or 2 people who don't mind a few stairs) then I would recommend this property.

Overnight stay

Very clean, but lacking in some facilities. Bathroom door can not be operated. Key lock difficult to manage, probably worn. Swimming pool available and comfortable. There is no reception, but owner was helpful with baggage storage. The area is full of interesting and good quality restaurants. Close to the beach.

Whilst the location was excellent the room very basic. No extra pillows and a tiny bit of hand soap in a press down bottle. We were given wrong information by Expedia about checking in to this property. We were told a person would be at the property to meet us. This was incorrect. Check in was confusing and not clearly described.

Very small rooms. Very little privacy between bathroom and rest of unit. Several bed planks fell off underneath bed. Almost no toilet paper. No soap or shampoo/ conditioner provided in shower.

De här rummen, åtminstone vårt, ägdes av en man med mobiltelefon som vi ombads att ringa när vi anlände till receptionen. Där fanns inte vårt namn med på någon lista. Jag vädjade till receptionisten att ringa upp mannen. Det visade sig att vårt rum ca. 10-12 kvm låg på 5:e vån utan hiss och endast med ett litet takfönster. Därigenom hade vi aldrig lyckats ta oss vid brand. Det lilla badrummet var väl ok. TV fjärrkontroller utan användbara batterier, å andra sidan var mottagningen så dålig att det spelade ingen roll. Sa jag att det naturligtvis inte fans plats för en enda stol i det här rummet. Allt till det facila priset av 1450:-
